Our second annual Cartrefi Awards will be taking place on Saturday the 10th of October at the Future Inn, Cardiff Bay, recognising the amazing achievements of colleagues and people we support across Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative.
Following on from the success of last year’s awards, we are pleased to announce that SONA will be returning as our headline sponsor!

Partnering with SONA, has been a core pillar of how we have transformed our workforce management, streamlined scheduling, reduced admin, and improved visibility across all our support and care services.
We have also implemented our Kudos initiative using SONA's praise feature, allowing colleagues to recognise each other for outstanding work, in line with our core values of respect, honesty, kindness, wellbeing and trust. Since the initiative began in March 2025, over 2,000 Kudos have been sent to and by colleagues across Cartrefi.
